I’m interested in maybe becoming an appraiser for housing and commercial properties but I’m confused as how to actually go about doing that. Is anyone out there one and if so are you in Michigan, I know each state has their own set of rules.

I would go to the Department of Community Development. It’s sometimes a county job, but sometimes you work for independent appraisal companies.

While you get your appraiser’s license you can still make $$ on the loan side you don’t need licensing.
Ex: In a $500K loan as a trainee you get paid aprox $2500

Whit Citinet you can get paid while you train (on the loan side) and when you are done with school very likely they’ll hire your services, n still you can continue making $$ on the loan.

This are the req. In your state:

    This are sponsors:

This is an online school: (check if the dep of labor will recognize the certificate the online school offers)

    I hope this helps :0)
